Diptych Posters
A diptych is composed of two pieces that together form one unified visual narrative. My diptych showcases a wide view of a snowy landscape together with a close up micro-shot of the unseen ice - cautioning drivers on the hidden danger of winter roads.
Ideation Sketching
Taken at sunset, the camera was positioned at a low angle for both shots. Though I chose to display winter photography for this piece, I was challenged by the snow melting. Positioning my camera on the ground “stretched” out the ice to cover the majority of the road, any additional dry patches that still showed were removed with the clone stamp tool in Photoshop.
